Remedies to ease stresses and

THERAPIES

I work with CranioSacral Therapy, a gentle and non-invasive holistic therapy to address physical, mental and emotional stresses, supporting your body's innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself, supporting this where needed with Homoeopathic Remedies.

This holistic approach can help with a wide range of conditions and situations, and is suitable for the whole family, and is particularly well suited to newborns and early years.

Complementary Therapy is not intended as primary healthcare but to work alongside the relationship you and your family have with your doctor.

How can I support you?

Pregnancy
& postnatal

A holistic approach to physical, mental and emotional support is wonderful to use during pregnancy and childbirth. It can reduce and alleviate pregnancy related symptoms by addressing stress and trauma, balancing hormones and the nervous system.

Newborn
& early years

Babies and small children appreciate the way that CranioSacral Therapy speaks to them. It is a non-verbal language that they respond to particularly well. Our sessions can work to promote family bonding, establish breastfeeding, develop sleep patterns, and investigating problems such as colic, reflux & allergies.

Older children
& adults

CranioSacral Therapy works to improve behavioural issues, concentration and to reduce symptoms of hyperactivity, ADHD, anxiety and emotional overload. Physical ailments, digestive problems, repeat infections and poor recovery respond positively to the gentle touch.

ABOUT CATHY BROOKS

I am a holistic health practitioner, with extensive experience as a CranioSacral Therapist and Homoeopath. My interest in complementary therapies began long before the births of my own children, which led me to take a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I have also worked as a birth and postpartum Doula. Busy now with a variety of projects which include working with disabilities, trauma and stress I now offer this unique blend of skills to a wide range of clients and look forward to the challenges and rewards that working in this way may bring.
